Each reconditioned unit undergoes a stringent refurbishment programme to ensure build quality matches that of new units. The eight stage process includes: Dismantling of frame Preparation of parts for painting Replacement of all studs and bolts Examination of all parts Selection of optimal Thornhill plates Adhesion of new Thornhill gaskets to plates Assembly of unit Pressure test and installation As with all our services, we provide free technical advice ensuring the client's requirements are matched with the most suitable Plate Heat Exchanger design for the application.
