Our dedicated CAD/CAM machining centre is capable of producing gasket moulds from either our in house database of plate dimensions, or in unlikely event that details are not held, by digitising plates supplied. The dimensions and cutter paths are then downloaded ready for the manufacturing on the substantial 3.2m x 1m x 1m three axis milling area. To compliment these resources, Thornhill have a highly skilled workforce trained to make best use of the facilities available to them.
