Thornhill’s pro active system also has pre-planned time alerts so the service engineers can arrange a time to plan in maintenance work. This information can also help the customer to see if his PHE’s are under-performing in service over a given time period; but most of all the running costs of each unit will give the failure rates, which over time will provide extremely valuable information.
