We design new plate heat exchangers to all common standards including TEMA, PD5500, EN13445, API and ASME. Our design team uses a range of software tools including AspenTech, Autodesk AutoCAD and Inventor to produce designs and drawings to meet customers’ specific heat transfer requirements.
We fabricate shell & tube heat exchangers in a wide range of sizes from the smallest cooler to those found in oil and gas installations and power stations in most materials including titanium, monel, Inconel, stainless steels, carbon steels and copper alloys.
Our tubes can be finned with mechanical, machined and extruded bonding techniques again in a range of materials such as aluminium, stainless steel and copper.
Our gasketed shell & tube heat exchangers are made with plates of all common materials, stainless steels and titanium and provide compact, low weight, thermally efficient solutions for our customers’ production requirements. They can be opened for cleaning and maintenance and for plates to be added or removed if process conditions change. With low liquid content and low pressure losses they also offer low running costs.
